It’s true: I’ve had an on-going love affair with Malabrigo yarn long before I had a yarn shop. When Malabrigo sent their new Fall colors, I was immediately captivated by Liquid Ambar, not technically new to their palette but new to additional bases. Beautiful, majestic jewel tones in superwash workhorse Rios was a no-brainer knit for me. What ideal one skein wonder could I whip up? Felicity immediately came to mind for its all perfect functionality and now-classic slouchy style (dontcha think slouchy has been around long enough now to be called classic? I do.) So I cast on Thursday morning and in between work and play, completed knitting by Friday morning. A little tight off the needles (a good thing for a hat!), a light blocking and a couple of days of wearing took care of that.
