I love to knit. BUT I also love to do something else while I knit: listen to music, watch a film, talk with friends or family or snuggle up with my dog. This is a short film I have watched over and over: it is so very evocative I just want be near that still water staring at the awesome landscape around, thinking things over. It’s deep, I keep thinking about The Mother and her musings.
Some of the colors in this film are in various yarns we have in the shop (I created an inspired Flickr set here): the music is what I feel when I knit, the questions are what I think about.
